Our Process · Kinchos Bridal
We don't work from a catalogue. Every piece is built around you — your stones, your vision, your timeline. Here is exactly what that looks like.
Most clients find us on Instagram, then reach out via WhatsApp or email. We keep it simple — no intake forms, no waiting rooms. Just a message.
We'll ask what stones you're drawn to, when you need the pieces, whether you have a budget in mind, and if there are any designs you've been thinking about. There are no wrong answers. Budget is just a parameter, not a judgement.
If it's doable, we fix an appointment. At your first appointment, we lay out stones in their boxes for you to see and handle in person. Colour, size, how a stone sits under light — none of this translates to a screen. You need to see it. Then we put possible designs together around what you're responding to.
Once you're happy with a direction, we take measurements and set the next appointment. In between, we build CAD renders of your design — usually narrowing from seven or ten options down to three or four that actually work for your brief. You decide from there.
Try it on before it's made. Most jewellers skip this part. We don't.
We print resin models of your chosen design. You wear them. You see exactly how the piece sits on your hand, how the proportions feel, whether anything needs to change. If you want to mix and match elements from different designs, we can do that. If you want an entirely new direction, we can render it in the room, immediately.
Once you've approved the resin model, we proceed to production. Where possible, we send in-progress photographs so you can see your piece taking shape. The process takes three to four weeks from approval.
When the piece is finished, you come in to try it on. If anything needs adjustment, we do it. When everything is right, it leaves with you.

Every consultation is by appointment. We work with a small number of bridal clients at a time — not because of exclusivity, but because this process requires our full attention at every stage.
